The main difference between it and most of the franchise is that it's actually shot pretty well. Like Shreddy said, I haven't seen much hate on here about it. Mostly towards remakes and reboots in general. I think it's a solid entry in the F13 franchise. They could have taken out the explicitly remake-y parts (mask reintroduction, re-enactments
10) Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood. This film is interesting in that it was designed to be very effects and gore heavy, with this being the goriest Friday The 13th yet. Which has a place in the franchise and in horror in general; however, director John Carl Buechler had to battle the MPAA and his own Producers.- ጲеղըቦθφу ըηቪганатե г

Product Description. The terrifying first FRIDAY THE 13TH that launched the iconic horror movie franchise comes to 4K UHD! The thrills start when the new owner, and several young counselors, gather to reopen Camp Crystal Lake. Years ago, a young boy named Jason Voorhees drowned, and a series of vicious murders occurred thereafter.
Halloween 1, 2 and 3 were awesome, but after that they get super boring. The Friday the 13th series have a lots of good ones like the first one, the Final Chapter and Part V. I guess I would have to say the Friday the 13th as a series, even though the first Halloween is far and away a superior movie to all the rest.
