Bluewater (in Denver) did an EFR big turbo on a B7 that can hit 30psi and also run E85, I believe it was tuned by United Motorsports. The B8.5 has a number of limitations that make getting to 400whp challenging. There appears to be a hard limit on boosting above 24-25psi where the ECU closes the throttle.
